This building project in Wellington included a two-story addition to the rear of the house, new piles and flooring to part of the existing, a total make-over of the ground floor, two new kitchens, newly tiled bathrooms, conservatory. Exterior landscaping including decks and handrails, new exposed concrete driveway and paving, and alterations to the garage.
