Lot 7, Silverstream Road, Crofton Downs
This new, two-storey home was one of the first homes to be constructed in the new subdivision within Crofton Downs. The new home included four bedrooms, a double garage with internal access, tiled bathrooms and toilets. Construction used: concrete rib-raft slab, timber framing, a mixture of timber bevel-back weatherboards and cedar shiplap weatherboards.
